I have been a Loan Signing Agent for over a year now with over 200 signings performed. 

I take pride in my work. I have 2 Loan Signings Certifications from both Notary2Pro and Notary Academy along with a Certification in General Notary Work from the NNA.

I run a mobile office (dual tray printer and scanner) in which I take extra precautions to ensure that the Loan documents I have been entrusted with our secure to the best of my ability. While they are in my possession I have them locked in a tethered locked box until they are either dropped directly with Title or FEDEX/UPS delivered. I know these contain sensitive personal client information and it needs to be protected at all costs.
