Wolken Investigations LLC and Notary Public was established in 2021\” with the sole purpose of helping the public with their important documents that needed Notarization. I added Loan Signing Agent in July of 2023 to allow me to Notarize Loan Documents in addition to General Notary Work.

**For all documents I charge $10.00 per Notarial Act and Mileage at 65.5 cents per mile round trip. When you work with me there will never be any hidden fees and the price is disclosed upfront.
** Notary will NOT provide any Witness needed for any Notarization. Client must provide their own Witness. (some documents may require more than one)
