General notary documents include but not limited to:
Healthcare related documents, Jurats, Acknowledgements, General letters, Trusts, Auto Title Transfers, Powers of Attorney, Contracts, Grants, etc.
All signers MUST have a government issued photo identification to present to the Notary. If the service cannot be completed due to lack of valid id mileage fees are non-refundable. If cancellation is not made within 24 hours of service travel fees are non-refundable. If the notary arrives and made to wait an unreasonable amount of time a wait fee of $15 for 15 minutes will be charged due at the time of service. After 15 minutes the notary reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the service.

2. U.S. Passport
3. U.S. Military ID
4. Foreign Passport; stamped by the US Immigration and Naturalization Service.
