Standard Notarization

General Notary with 4+years+ experience.  Notary fee is $2.00 per signature.  Will travel within the 5 boroughs of New York City.  For further distances please call 718-926-1600 before booking.  If additional signatures are requested, I can accept payments onsite via PayPal, Zelle, Cashapp, and ApplePay.

General notary documents include but not limited to:

Healthcare related documents, Acknowledgements, General letters,  Auto Title Transfers, Powers of Attorney, Contracts, Grants, etc.

All signers MUST have a government issued photo identification to present to the Notary. If the service cannot be completed due to lack of ID or cancellation within 24 hours of service; mileage fees are non-refundable. 

Examples of accepted forms of identification are as follows:

1. State-Issued Driver’s License or ID card
2. U.S. Passport
3. U.S. Military ID
4. Foreign Passport; stamped by the US Immigration and Naturalization Service.
