General notary documents include but not limited to:
Healthcare related documents, Jurats, Acknowledgements, General letters, Trusts, Auto Title Transfers, Powers of Attorney, Contracts, Grants, etc.
All signers MUST have a government issued photo identification to present to the Notary. If the service cannot be completed due to lack of valid id mileage fees are non-refundable. If cancellation is not made within 12 hours of service 25% of the travel fee is non-refundable. If the notary arrives and made to wait an unreasonable amount of time a wait fee of $15 for 15 minutes will be charged due at the time of service. After 15 minutes the notary reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the service.

1. State-Issued Driver’s License or ID card
2. U.S. Passport
3. U.S. Military ID
4. Foreign Passport; stamped by the US Immigration and Naturalization Service.
