General Notary $2 Per Signature + Travel Fee

General Notary with 5 years+ experience.  Will travel within 30 miles of Henry County.  For further distances please call 212-555-1234 before booking.  If additional signatures are requested, I can accept payments onsite via PayPal, Zelle, Cashapp, and ApplePay.

General notary documents include but not limited to:

Healthcare related documents, Jurats, Acknowledgements, General letters, Trusts, Auto Title Transfers, Powers of Attorney, Contracts, Grants, etc.

All signers MUST have a government issued photo identification to present to the Notary. If the service cannot be completed due to lack of id or cancellation within 24 hours of service; mileage fees are non-refundable. 

Examples of accepted forms of identification are as follows:

1. State-Issued Driver’s License or ID card
2. U.S. Passport
3. U.S. Military ID
4. Foreign Passport; stamped by the US Immigration and Naturalization Service.
